Bidding With Us
J.L. Hardy Construction requires that all subcontractors be pre-qualified to be eligible to contract work with our company.
If you are a subcontractor who has worked with J.L. Hardy Construction previously, please contact Barton Mace directly via email: barton@jlhardy.com You will be provided with a link and a password to access the system. Please be sure to include your company name and Federal ID number in the email.
If you are new to J.L. Hardy Construction and would like to be eligible to bid and contract work with our company contact Barton as well with the following documents ready to be submitted:
Signed W-9
Insurance certificate with all applicable endorsements
OSHA forms for the last 3 years
Reference letter from your bonding company stating your single and aggregate project limits and your average bond rate (only if you are bondable - if you aren't please clarify that in the email)
Experience Page
Third-party prepared financial statements for your most recent fiscal year end.
